Refund policy

VEYRA operates through limited drops and phased releases.

Returns and refunds are accepted only in the following cases:
- Defective product
- Incorrect item received

Requests must be made within 14 days of receiving the order.
Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.

Refunds will be processed after inspection of the returned item.
